Ely first started promoting his brand with his release “Bound” (now removed) by spending around $300 through targeted Facebook Ads. “I wish I could feel nothing” achieved over 100,000 streams in the first month and at its peak of the first month, did over 9,000 streams in a single day with no 3rd party help. This growth catapulted his monthly listener month count to over 50,000 just a few short months after his first ever release. He then followed up his growing success with the same strategy moving forward, reinvesting all of the profits right back into advertising with consistent bi-weekly releases. This strategy has now led to Ely having over 372,000 monthly listeners as of writing this and it’s increasing daily. He now averages over 50,000 streams a day on Spotify alone and has charted all over the world. Even going #1 on ITunes. Not to mention as of November 2022, Ely is averaging over 1,300,000 streams per month on Spotify alone.
Ely is also proud to say that he was able to quit his job at 23 years old in July, 2021 to pursue music full time, paying all his bills with nothing more than his monthly streaming income.
