Garrett Lodge hired our agency in early March 2023 to help promote his debut song, "Nasty". This track is an energenic electronic song with infectious hip hop vocals. We decided to target our campaign to EDM fans across the globe. This song exploded right out of the gate, seeing over 250 streams in the first day of release and climbed to almost 650 streams per day within the first five days! Over the course of the first month of our promotion, "Nasty" was streamed 17,246 times by 4,717 unique listeners. The average stream per listener rate was 3.656, which just shows us how much these new fans loved this track! In all, Garrett saw some fantastic growth within our first month of promoting his debut track.
Taking a deeper look at Garrett's stats, we can see that "Nasty" was saved over 1,300 times and added to almost 700 unique listener playlists! This provides us with a solid save rate of 42.48% for this track. When you supply Spotify with data like this for your music, the chances of being added to algorithmic playlists greatly increases. This is the case for Garrett. He saw some outstanding engagement with algorithmic playlists like Radio, Discover Weekly, and Release Radar. Since the release, "Nasty" gained over 3,500 streams just from Release Radar. Not only that, he also gained over 2,100 streams from Discover Weekly and Radio. That is over 5,600 streams just from algorithmic pushes. One of our main goals as an agency is to get Artists music to the point where Spotify will promote their music for them. This is exactly what we saw with Garrett Lodge, and we are ecstatic with the results!
