idkconundrum first hired our agency back in mid November 2022 to help promote his single, "fly away/fall down". We continued to promote this track, as well as two other singles ("833" & "fear and loathing") over the course of the next five months. The main goal was to gather momentum for the release of his first album, "833". We wanted to establish a fan base to drop the album on. We were able to achieve this through consistent promotion of his singles as they were released leading up to the album drop. Once the album dropped, we altered the landing pages of the campaigns to direct traffic to the entire album, rather than the singles. Doing this allowed us to maintain our momentum, push the strongest songs, and ultimately have the rest of the album auto-play after the advertised song. This promotional strategy is our go-to method for promoting EP's and albums, the results speak for themselves.
"fly away/fall down" was our strongest campaign, and was our main promotional tool leading up to the release of the album. Over the course of our campaign, this track received 154,308 streams with over 25,000 unique listeners! This song was saved 19,392 times during this time frame, with a killer save rate of 76.5%. The momentum we built here, along with the other singles we promoted, translated beautifully to the album once it dropped.
On release day, "833" hit over 2,900 streams. Within the first month, the album was seeing over 5k streams a day. Since its' release, this album has been streamed over 201k times by almost 32,000 people. It also has a save rate of 89.83% which is absolutely phenomenal. Even after promotion halted in March 2023, the album sees over 1,500 streams a day consistently. idkconundrum is a beautiful example of how good music can perform when you get it out in front of people. The sky is the limit, idkconundrum has been building a rocket ship and is prepared to take off.
